At Baan, developed a new role-based product-packaging learning strategy combining several technologies to create a flexible training solution that could easily be tailored to meet individual project requirements and significantly reduce travel costs and other expenses attributed to extended periods of non-billable consultant time.·


At Baan, led a global initiative to create new learning standards for a worldwide curriculum development practice which resulted in the reorganization of the software product development process across five product lines, involving representatives from five functional support areas which enabled faster time to market for new products and decreased costs for support readiness provisioning.·


At Wave Technologies, revitalized a dormant A+ technical support curriculum product line expanding product revenues by 65% to $3.2 million within 15 months.  At the end of two years the revenue stream increased to $5 million.·


At PrimeLearning, coordinated full-cycle project management (from planning through post-implementation evaluation) between third-party content providers, learning production teams (Ireland), and sales/marketing (United States) to develop 17 curricula spanning 300 eLearning hours over a period of 10 months.
