Phyllis Beaver, Ph.D. Covington Associates Inc., is a performance improvement consultant specializing in role-based certification, process re-engineering, all facets of training analysis, design,development, implementation, and evaluation.  Her unique job-task analysis methodology enables her to facilitate a stream-lined process to identify the tasks, skills, and knowledge associated with specific positions.  Her common sense approach to improving job performance produces cost-effective results that make a difference no matter how large or small an organization may be.
